The Delicious Hershey’s Take5

Friday, June 29th, 2007

The Hershey's Take5 is in fact American. It is made with chocolate, pretzels, caramel, peanuts, and peanut butter which are layered. It is positively smashing!!! The sweetness of the caramel is complimented by the "crunch" and salty goodness of the pretzels and peanuts. The package contains two pieces approximately 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.

Recently for my birthday I got Japanese Chocolate Flavored Bubble Gum and I just had to blog about it.

I received both chocolate and white chocolate. It is packaged like a candy bar only thinner. The packaging is very eye pleasing and it made me excited to try it just by looking at it.

The Bubble Gum isn't exactly the taste a an average American chocolate candy bar, but close to the taste of Japanese chocolate. It has very few calories compared to the serving size so if you watch your calories it shouldn't disrupt your daily diet.

For people who love to chew gum (like me) this gum is a good choice. It makes huge bubbles, chews easily and doesn't make your mouth sour.

Have fun chewing gum and chocolate at the same time!

Those Lovable Chocolate Shops Full of Joy-Part 2

Sunday, June 17th, 2007

Located in Hagerstown, Indiana, is a quaint chocolate shop by the name of Abbott's. My particular favorites are the Dark Chocolate Caramels, the Peanut Clusters, and the Dark Chocolate Breakups. Abbott's has been in business since the 1890's and they know their chocolate. As a Benefit to Allergies, Abbott's already packaged candy has a printed label with their store information and an ingredients list. There is no need to worry about the candy being on the shelf for a long extensive amount of time because they keep their chocolate fresh. So if you happen to be near Hagerstown IN I encourage you to stop by. Have fun eating chocolate! Alyssa B.
